Podium Finish for Karl in One Off Formula V6 Asia Round

Karl Reindler recently competed in a one off round of the Formula V6 Asia category, at the Autopolis Circuit in Japan, with Korean based team, Team E-Rain Speed.

After a tough start to the weekend, being disqualified from qualifying, Karl drove from the second last row in the feature race to finish a solid 3rd place. He was as high as 2nd, within a few seconds of the leader, however, dropping back to 3rd place as a result of over-heating tyres.

"It was a great way to finish the weekend, for Team E-Rain and for myself", Karl said. "We didn't get much track time over the course of the weekend, and we were forced to guess a bit with the car setup. Given the circumstances, the whole team is pleased to have finished on the podium."
